Brandon Farr- "Mr. Brandon"


Guided Transitions for Supported Individuals, LLC was founded in Akron, OH by Owner, Brandon Farr. He has been involved in the special needs and special education community for over 10 years. He continues to encourage families and clients to strive for individuality regardless of their behaviors or other barriers. Helping families find resources, helping clients learn new skills, and ultimately advocating for special needs is why Brandon does what he does! 

Cindi Wolfarth "Ms. Cindi"

Adult Day Facilitator

Cindi has worked in the social services field for over 25 years working with children and adults with disabilities, as well as elderly patients. Cindi attended The University of Akron where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. She also attended Southern Ohio College for her Associate Degree of Applied Business. Cindi believes that every client can achieve success in their own way and works tirelessly to make sure that opportunities are provided. We are very excited to have Cindi on our Guided Transitions team! 

Missy Snyder "Miss Missy"

Program Coordinator

Miss Missy has joined Guided Transitions as our Adult Day Program Coordinator. She found her passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, after obtaining her bachelor degree from Hiram College in 2003. With over 12 years experience in advocacy, care and helping individuals reach their optimum level of independence, her work has mainly focused on behavioral strategies and interventions. 

Missy has four children that she shares with her husband. She has a miniature schnauzer (Moxie) and a cat (Sophie). 

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, spending time in nature, and reading. 

David Robinson "Mr. David"


Mr. David enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his 2 son's and his nephew's basketball team. He is a very passionate Cleveland Sports Fanatic! (Go Browns! #defendtheland). His over 10 years of working in the special needs and disability world has prepared him to work in our Adult Day program helping clients reach their highest potentials and managing their behaviors. 10 years ago, Mr. David suffered serious physical injuries falling off a roof, after this experience he vowed to use the understanding of what it means to be physically impaired to help as many individuals with disabilities as he can. We are extremely happy to have him in the Guided Transitions family!
